The personal data of the contractual partners (or their contact persons), obtained when making contact with each other or in connection with the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the related contractual obligations, and the personal data of the customer, communicated at the time of purchase or registration in our e-shop, are processed in the manner specified in this Article.
   
   
2. We process your personal data on the following legal basis:
   1. the performance of the contractual obligations arising from the contract concluded and / or the implementation of the measure before the contract is concluded - e.g. ensuring the delivery of the ordered goods by the chosen means;
   2. compliance with the legal obligations imposed on us by the relevant generally binding legislation, such as the processing of claims from any defects in the delivered goods (and other obligations provided for in Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended, Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on accounting, as amended, and Act No. 235 / 2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended);
   3. a legitimate interest in the protection and enforcement of our potential claims and optimisation of our web presentation for the widest possible range of facilities, and possibly the adaptation of offers to your preferences;
   4. Your consent to process the e-mail address for sending a newsletter if you have logged in and have not purchased any goods in our e-mail shop.
      
      
3. For the purposes specified in paragraph 1 (a) and (b): 2.
   1. Identifying information (name, surname, IC, ID, if legal person, name and surname of contact person);

Your personal data will be processed for a period of four (4) years after the delivery of the relevant goods ordered in our e-shop to ensure the performance of the contractual obligations (in particular the handling of any claims and the application of claims from the contract), or for four (4) years from the date of termination of the contract in the case of our contractual partners. We keep tax documents with your personal data in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act for 10 (10) years. Your user account will be cancelled in case of inactivity lasting more than four (4) years; The cancellation of the user account shall not, of course, affect archiving according to the first sentence of this paragraph. What are your rights in relation to your personal data?

1. Under the conditions laid down in general binding legislation, you have the right to access your personal data (i.e. the right to obtain from us information on whether we process your personal data and, if so, what data are and how they are processed). We provide you with this information.
   
   
2. You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data. If you find that your personal data we process does not correspond to the facts (e.g. from the Chamber of Names, change of residence), you have the right to request that we correct or supplement the relevant personal data.
   
   
3. In certain cases, you also have the right to be deleted if:
   1. Your personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
   2. withdraw the consent on the basis of which the relevant personal data have been processed by us;
   3. raise objections to the processing of your personal data in cases provided for in relevant generally binding legislation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing by us;
   4. the processing of your personal data has been unlawful; or
